Due to our growth, we are seeking a Controller to join our finance team.

We are looking for an experienced, team-oriented professional to be a key member of our financial team.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Managing all accounting and financial reporting functions

·       Managing accruals, A/R, A/P and bank reconciliations

·       Preparing month-end and year-end closings with associated journal entries

·       Designing, establishing, and maintaining internal controls

·       Assist in creating and identifying process improvements

·       Analyzing and interpreting financial results and ensuring GAAP compliance

·       Preparing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports

·       Working with the management team to prepare annual budgets and forecasts

·       Overseeing and participating in payroll functions when necessary

 

The ideal candidate will have:

·       Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a minimum of 5+ years of experience

·       Excellent analytical and organizational skills

·       Experience managing or working knowledge of internal controls

·       Strong interpersonal skills

·       Working knowledge of finance and accounting software and other analytical applications (Sage, Excel)
